Our History
We were founded in Jersey in 2003 and have since expanded to a team of 31 across four locations: Jersey, Channel Islands and with offices in London, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.
Our key milestones
2003: Baker & Partners was founded in Jersey
2020: Baker Regulatory Services Limited established
2020: Our Cayman Islands office opened
2020: Our London office opened
2023: Our British Virgin Islands office opened

Our regulatory professionals deliver hands on, in depth practical experience in banking, trust and company services, fund services, investment business, law enforcement and with the regulator. We provide advice, assurance and training across all aspects of regulation and financial crime prevention.
