Represented BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation in the Crociani v Crociani litigation, a family dispute concerning assets in Jersey trusts.

Acted for CMC Holdings in a claim against a former director for breach of fiduciary duty relating to his alleged involvement in a scheme in which secret commissions were diverted to various entities with Jersey accounts.
