Kirsty is a specialist family lawyer having previously been based in London with a practice predominantly within the High Court, Queen’s Bench Division and the Principal Registry of the Family Division.
Kirsty retains her UK practising certificate and is therefore able to offer advice and assistance to clients whose cases straddle both jurisdictions. She has also maintained professional contacts with Solicitors firms and Barristers Chambers in the UK.
With an extensive experience of all aspects of family breakdown, divorce, matrimonial finance, cohabitation and private children matters Kirsty is able to support and guide clients through what can be a very difficult and emotional time.
Kirsty has also represented parents, children and Guardians in public law (care) proceedings.
Within the firm Kirsty deals both with purely matrimonial cases and, where appropriate, works in conjunction with members of the trusts and commercial team to offer an all-round service to those clients whose financial arrangements are more complex.
Having recently trained as a collaborative practitioner, Kirsty is now able to assist you with your family issues in this non-court based approach.
