Louise McNamee is the Business Development Manager at Baker & Partners.
Louise is responsible for the strategic planning and business development activities of the firm across all jurisdictions and including those of Baker Regulatory Services Limited. She works closely with Baker & Partners' senior legal team in promoting the unique expertise of our specialist litigation firm.
Louise joined Baker & Partners in February 2017 as Business Services Manager whereby she managed the efficient functioning of the firm’s legal support teams as well as the legal administrative processes and activities. This provided invaluable insight into the best way to position our firm from a marketing and business development perspective.
Before joining Baker & Partners, Louise successfully had operational responsibility as the Client Services Director for two different training organisations in Jersey and held a practice management role for a small local law firm. Louise is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and holds a Level 7 qualification in Learning and Development at post-graduate level.
