Baker & Partners Welcomes Meenaa Azmayesh in the Cayman Islands.

Leading offshore law firm Baker & Partners has welcomed Meenaa Azmayesh as a Senior Litigator in the Cayman Islands. Meenaa specialises in complex cross-border commercial and civil disputes, fraud & asset recovery, and insolvency litigation.

Prior to joining Baker & Partners, Meenaa spent over seven years at Walkers, working as a senior member of the dispute teams across both their Hong Kong and BVI offices. In the BVI, she handled complex commercial litigation and contentious insolvency before the BVI Commercial Court and Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. In Hong Kong, she advised on shareholder disputes, fraud and asset tracing claims, restructuring litigation, and cross-border enforcement matters, whilst managing matters spanning Asia, the Caribbean, and Europe.

Meenaa is regularly instructed in high-value, cross-border disputes for financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, shareholders, and high net worth individuals. Her experience further extends to advising on jurisdictional challenges, urgent interim relief and disclosure applications across a variety of sectors.
