Representative Work

  • Acted for a Jersey lawyer in a dispute between former partners of a Jersey law firm, over whether shares in a trust company were sold at an undervalue. The damages claimed exceeded £100m. The case was compromised a week into the trial without any damages being paid.
  • Acted in the Crociani litigation in which we obtained worldwide freezing orders affecting assets worth over USD$140m both before and after judgment, as well as asset disclosure orders against various parties, and successfully pursued consequent contempt proceedings for breach of a disclosure order.
