Baker & Partners will attend and speak on the topic of Enforcement of Judgments alongside an onshore expert panel at London International Disputes Week 2026, facilitated and hosted by Osborne Clarke and Ashurst respectively.
Lynne Gregory will be on the panel, and will be accompanied by colleagues from our Jersey, London, Cayman Islands and BVI offices. The forum and event will bring together all authors of the 2026 Enforcement of Judgments Guide, which the Baker & Partners team contributed to with the Jersey Market Insights chapter.
The chapter was co-written by Partners Lynne Gregory, William Redgrave and Stephen Baker, and Associate Thomas McLachlan.
