As Chinese enterprises continue to expand their global footprint, the risks of fraud arising from cross-border investments and mergers and acquisitions have become increasingly prominent.
The one-day seminar aims to provide an international platform for dialogue, bringing together lawyers, arbitrators, investigators and restructuring advisers from a broad range of key jurisdictions to discuss the practical challenges of cross-border asset recovery with an Asia-Pacific angle.
The successful recovery of assets across jurisdictions requires international collaboration. To facilitate meaningful exchanges among participants from different legal and professional backgrounds, professional simultaneous interpretation between Chinese and English will be provided throughout the day.
