Jennifer Colegate will be speaking at the Asset Recovery Americas conference in September, which is being sponsored by Baker & Partners.

The annual event, which brings together thought leaders in the Fraud Litigation, Contentious Insolvency & Enforcement practice areas, is set to take place in Nashville this year.

Managing Partner Stephen Baker will also be attending the conference.
