Daniel Bradshaw

Daniel is an English qualified solicitor and an Associate at Baker & Partners.

Daniel has a wealth of experience in multi-jurisdictional trust litigation, with complex structures and high-net-worth family dynamics. Since joining Baker & Partners, Daniel has expanded his practice to include family and criminal cases, as well as continuing his proficiency in disputes between beneficiaries and trustees in their fiduciary relationships.

Daniel read English Literature at Newcastle University before completing the GDL and LPC at BPP University, attaining a commendation in each. Daniel is on the committee of the Jersey International Legal Association (JILA)
