Experience
Julian is responsible for all of the Firm’s operational activities including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Compliance covering Jersey, London, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands.
Prior to Baker and Partners, Julian worked for a major international wealth management company and led the delivery of the target operating model for Group Corporate Services including the development and deployment of software and resource augmentation, as well as being product owner for the Group technology platform. Julian was previously Head of Fund Administration for a large multi-national bank and also ran his own consultancy providing strategic advisory and consultancy services to global fund managers and administrators in order to deliver change, reduce risk, and improve operational performance offering expertise and insight with regards to application strategy and operating models.
Julian is a Fellow of the Chartered and Certified Accountants, (FCCA), a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FMgr CMI), holds the Diploma in Company Direction (FDipIOD) and a BA degree from the University of Gloucestershire.
