A particular area of our expertise covers the issues that arise out of restrictive covenants in employment contracts.

Our team has acted for both employers who are seeking to enforce restrictions against former employees, as well as individuals who are faced with the threat of enforcement proceedings by former employers. This is a potentially complex area of law in which Advocate Simon Thomas has expertise in and has appeared in many relevant cases before the Royal Court in Jersey.
