We have a core BVI team based in Tortola with in-depth knowledge of BVI law and experience in front of the BVI Commercial and Civil Courts and the Court of Appeal. Our small but robust team of experienced lawyers work to get results for our clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner.  

We also have BVI-admitted lawyers based in Hong Kong, Cayman Islands, Jersey and London ensuring we are able to provide BVI legal advice across timezones. Our lawyers are also admitted in Jamaica and Saint Lucia providing dispute services across the Caribbean having been involved in coordinating litigation in Antigua, St Kitts and Nevis, St Vincent and Anguilla as well as the USA and Canada where they worked closely with local Counsel.

  • Acting for Liquidators in relation to a $4.5B fraud on the Malaysian Government  to include a $1B claims against service providers (1MDB). 
  • Instructed by Liquidators to coordinate cross-border recovery efforts against Carlos Ghosn, former head of Nissan, in relation to an unsatisfied BVI Judgment (Beauty Yachts PTY Ltd). 
  • Successfully defending Liquidators against removal applications by persons seeking to undermine the Liquidators recovery efforts. 
  • Representing founders of a crypto fund against $1B claim (Three Arrows Capital). 
  • Representing shareholders and directors in relation to disputes regarding ownership of a BVI company.
