Charles O’Sullivan is a Compliance Consultant at Baker Regulatory Services

With over 50 years’ experience, in the finance industry, Charles joined Baker Regulatory Services (“BRS”) in October 2022, further enhancing the unparalleled expertise of our Regulatory Team.  A former regulator and banker, Charles brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the industry with experience in Trust and Company Administration & Management, Accountancy as well as Treasury and Money Markets.

In addition to five years as a banking regulator, Charles has extensive experience in the industry holding the MLRO, MLCO and Compliance Officer roles key person positions.

Charles has also been involved with a number of professional bodies acting as a Committee Member and Deputy Chairman with the Jersey Compliance Officers Association for 8 years, and Private Practitioner member of the Jersey AML Steering Group and JFSC Electronic Personal Questionnaire Project Working Group.
