Emily Le Poidevin

Emily Le Poidevin is an Associate in the Jersey office. She is an English qualified barrister and solicitor.

Emily has acted on a wide range of civil and commercial litigation, including trust disputes, insolvency matters, professional indemnity, insurance and copyright claims.

Emily graduated from the University of Nottingham with first class honours before qualifying as a barrister. She later cross-qualified as a solicitor and worked in a number of city firms before moving to Jersey. She joined Baker & Partners in 2025.
