Experience
Kristýna Wharton is an Associate based in Baker & Partner’s Jersey office.
Kristýna previously worked at another leading offshore law firm, where she gained a wide range of dispute resolution experience. In particular, she has strong experience in trust disputes, fraud and asset recovery, commercial disputes, personal injury and judicial review.
She is a native Czech speaker and proficient in Italian.
Education
Kristýna obtained a First-Class Honours degree in Liberal Arts and Natural Sciences (major in Law) at the University of Birmingham. As part of her undergraduate degree, she completed a year of study at Leiden University College in the Hague, where she studied international and human rights law.
She is qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales, having scored in the first quintile for both SQE1 and SQE2.
