Nina Roheman

Nina is an Associate at Baker & Partners, with a particular focus on insolvency, fraud, civil and commercial disputes.

Nina has significant commercial and insolvency experience across Saint Lucia and BVI. She regularly represents and advises creditors and insolvency professionals in a variety of matters including complex cross-border insolvency court proceedings. She has also represented and acted for clients in arbitration proceedings in the BVI International Arbitration Centre and the London Court of International Arbitration.

Nina obtained an LLB from Queen Mary University of London (with First Class Honours) and an LLM from The City Law School. She also obtained the Foundation Certificate in Insolvency Law from INSOL International.
