Panel: The Issues That Wouldn’t Behave
Some of the most difficult issues in insolvency and restructuring are also the hardest to confront — and stubbornly refuse to sit neatly in a single session.
This interactive, scenario-based session gathers together the issues that wouldn’t behave themselves elsewhere in the INSOL programme, but which have a habit of deciding outcomes in practice. Through a series of short scenarios, the panel will invite the audience to vote on how they would respond to themes such as limitation and prescription in cross-border claims, solvency testing and dividend decisions, and other judgement-heavy questions that tend to arise at exactly the wrong moment.
Vicky is known as a results-driven, client focused lawyer who has a focus on complex trusts, civil and commercial disputes.
